Returns are not accepted for any reason, other than item miss-representation via auction description, email, or phone conversation. We strive to be reasonable in the rare event of a disagreement, and ask the buyer to afford us the same level of fairness. Miss-representation of an auction item is exceedingly rare. Items are generally shipped within 72 hours of payment, with the first shipment taking place the Monday after the entire auction closes.
