I have a very strong reputation for being honest and fair.  If you have any problems whatsoever, please do not hesitate to contact me so I can address it.  100% positive feedback will ALWAYS be left for each and every buyer upon receiving it from you, the buyer and no time sooner. My rationale for this policy is simply because I do not feel that in all instances a buyer’s responsibility ends at making a timely payment.  It is expected that payment is made in a timely manner and the same expectation is held that I ship safely and securely in that same manner. In my years of using eBay and countless transactions, I noticed that some people use feedback as alternative to an e-mail because they feel that it will get a better result, negative feedback left because buyer did not receive card.  Then a week later, the parties agree to mutually withdraw the feedback because the situation was resolved…  So although the buyer may have paid in a timely manner,they really had a resposibility to contact that seller before feedback was left and should have understood that feedback should not be used as an alternative to an e-mail or phone call.
